For the purpose of providing a clear and concise listing of the fees and charges authorized by the provisions of this Code in payment for licenses, permits, and services performed in accordance with the regulations and controls upon which the licenses and permits are conditioned and to provide uniformity in the supervision and administration of the issuance of licenses and permits and the collection of the amounts prescribed, a schedule of fees and charges, or fee schedule, is hereby set forth in this section. The headings give the titles of the appropriate chapters as applicable.
