§ 33.076 APPEALS.
   Appeals may be taken from a final judgment of the Municipal Court in accordance with 11 O.S. § 27-129 within ten days of the date of the final judgment. The Municipal Judge shall require defendant/appellant to give an appeals bond in cash or sureties for cash equal to twice the amount of the fine but not more than $200. Any pledge or sureties must be approved by the Municipal Judge.
