(A) It is unlawful for any person to install, alter, or repair any mechanical device or equipment in, on, or under any building or structure in the corporate limits of this city without first securing a permit from the city as may be required by the Mechanical Code.
(B) Applications for mechanical permits shall be made to the city; and the applicant shall provide such plans, specifications, and other data as may be reasonably required.
(C) The fee for a mechanical permit shall be set forth in § 35.01, “Schedule of Fees and Charges.”
