§ 154.059 FEES.
   (A)   The subdivider shall pay to the city a preliminary plat and application fee as set by the City Council by motion or resolution.
   (B)   The subdivider shall pay to the city a final plat filing fee per residential lot. When acreage is involved, such as sites for industrial, housing projects, and commercial purposes, the fee is figured per acre.
