EDITOR'S NOTE: The Village, by Ordinance 11-68, passed August 1, 1968, and pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapters 6103 and 6117 and Section 133.06, consented to the inclusion of all the territory within its corporate limits in Hamilton County Sewer District No. 1, thereby granting to Hamilton County the authority to construct, maintain and operate main sewer works within the Village and to provide service therein, subject to certain limitations. Subsequently, and pursuant to the terms of Ordinance 11-68, as well as Ohio R.C. 6117.04, the Village, by Ordinance 9-69, passed April 3, 1969, authorized the Board of County Commissioners to proceed with the maintenance, repair and operation of any and all improvements for local service within the corporate limits.
