1040.19 STATUTORY ASSESSMENTS.

Where an assessment has been duly levied against the premises applied for, in accordance with the statutes of the Ohio Revised Code, no permit shall be issued unless the owner of the premises, as a condition of receiving his permit, waives In writing all objections to the validity and amount of the assessment.
