1040.07 ADVANCE DEPOSIT.

Before undertaking or entering upon the work of making a sewer connection for the benefit of any premises, the permittee shall deposit with the Village Clerk a sum of money sufficient to restore streets and sidewalks over any opening made, in accordance with the requirements of these Codified Ordinances relating to the restoration of streets and sidewalks.
