1040.12 BREAKING OR REMOVING SEWERS.

No person shall injure, break or remove any part of any receiving basin, covering plate, manhole cover or any part of any sewer or appurtenance thereto, except as duly authorized in the course of making an improvement, repair or sewer connection.
