(A) The customer shall pay all costs for discontinuance of service for temporary repairs, and for other purposes for the customers’s exclusive benefit, outside of normal working hours.
(B) Whenever service has been discontinued as provided for above, or for non-payment of bills, a reconnection charge of not less than $5 may be collected by the Department before service is restored.
