§ 52.51 DAMAGE TO PROPERTY DUE TO WATER PRESSURE.
   The Department shall not be liable for any damage to a customer’s plumbing or property, which damage may be caused by high pressure or by low pressure, or by fluctuations in pressure in the Department’s water mains.
