§ 52.52 INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE.
   The Department will use reasonable diligence in attempting to provide a regular and uninterrupted supply of water, but in case the supply of water should be interrupted, for any cause, the Department shall not be liable for damages resulting therefrom.
