Conditionally permitted uses are as follows:
A. Commercial Recreation.
B. Junk Yard.
C. Non-Commercial Recreation.
D. Personal Services.
E. Medical Marijuana Facilities, as set forth in Section 1135.07.

The minimum rear yard setback for properties in the H-I Heavy Industrial District shall be twenty (20) feet plus four (4) feet for each additional story over three (3) stories, except when the property abuts any residential district, in which case the minimum side yard setback shall be one hundred (100) feet.

The maximum height regulations for properties in the H-I Heavy Industrial District shall be as follows:
A. The total height of a building shall not exceed a height determined by the distance from the centerline of the street to the building line. However, in no case shall the building exceed forty (40) feet in height.
B. No public building shall exceed seventy-five (75) feet in height.
C. No accessory building shall exceed twenty-five (25) feet in height.
