1166.02 PRINCIPALLY PERMITTED USES.
   Principally permitted uses are as follows:
   A.   Building Materials and Related Trades.
   B.   Cellular Communication Sites.
   C.   Contract Construction Services.
   D.   Heavy Manufacturing and Storage.
   E.   Light Manufacturing and Storage.
   F.   Lock and Store Warehouses.
   G.   Off-Premises Signs.
   H.   Printing and Publishing.
   I.   Public Utility Yard.
   J.   Research and Development Laboratories.
   K.   Truck Terminals.
   L.   Warehousing.
   M.   Any other use determined by the Building Inspector to be of the same general character as the above permitted uses.

1166.03 PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES.
   Permitted accessory uses are as follows:
   A.   Any use customary and incidental to the permitted use.
   B.   Offices.
   C.   Signs as regulated in Chapters 1173 and 1174.
   Accessory uses, other than signs, fences and offices, shall be located in the rear yard only and located not closer than six (6) feet from any lot line and covering not more than thirty-five percent (35%) of the required rear yard.

1166.04 CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USES.
   Conditionally permitted uses are as follows:
   A.   Commercial Recreation.
   B.   Junk Yard.
   C.   Non-Commercial Recreation.
   D.    Personal Services.
   E.   Medical Marijuana Facilities, as set forth in Section 1135.07.

1166.05 MINIMUM LOT AREA AND WIDTH.
   There shall be no minimum lot area or width for properties in the H-I Heavy Industrial District.

1166.06 MINIMUM FRONT YARD SETBACK.
   The minimum front yard setback for properties in the H-I Heavy Industrial District shall be twenty (20) feet.
