(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of Sections 750.01 through 750.05, 750.13, 750.14 or 750.17 through 750.27, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Whoever, being a driver or operator licensed under the provisions of this chapter, violates any of the provisions of this chapter, any of the provisions of the Traffic Code of the City or the traffic laws of the State, upon three separate instances, shall forfeit his or her license to operate under the provisions of this chapter, in the event the court deems such violation sufficient cause for such forfeiture.
(b) Whoever violates any of the provisions of Sections 750.06 through 750.12, 750.15 or 750.16, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. In addition, upon the second or any subsequent offense, the Mayor or his or her designee may revoke the taxicab driver's license for one year.
