750.24 OUT OF TOWN TAXICABS.

Nothing in this chapter shall prevent taxicabs properly licensed in other municipalities from delivering passengers within the City, but such taxicabs shall not solicit or accept fares in the City of Elyria without first obtaining any and all proper licenses.
