750.27 SERVICE YEARS.

No vehicle previously certified, licensed and used as a taxicab in any other location shall be certified or licensed as a taxicab in the City of Elyria. No vehicle shall be licensed, certified or used as a taxicab in the City of Elyria for more than three years.
