A. Transporting: It is a civil traffic violation for any person to transport any "hazardous materials", "hazardous substances" and/or "hazardous waste", as defined in Arizona Revised Statutes section 28-2401-(5), (6) and (7), respectively, that is otherwise permitted by law to be transported, on any street within the city except the following streets and portions of streets:
1. State Route 84;
2. Eleven Mile Corner Road from its intersection with State Route 84 to its intersection with Alsdorf Road; and
3. Battaglia Drive from its intersection with State Route 84 to its intersection with Toltec Road.
B. Violation; Penalty: Any person found to be responsible for a violation of this section shall be punished as set forth in section 17-27 of this chapter. (Ord. 95-396, 7-24-1995)
