17-27: PENALTIES:
Any person served with a civil traffic complaint pursuant to this chapter, or pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes title 28, shall be dealt with according to the provisions of Arizona Revised Statutes title 28, chapter 6, article 21, and upon hearing of the matter, if judgment in favor of the state is entered, the court shall impose a civil sanction not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), plus such penalty assessments as are appropriate pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-2403, as each title and section above noted may, from time to time, be amended.
