It is a class 2 misdemeanor for any person to use explosives as defined in section
13-26.1 of this chapter, discharge a weapon as defined by section
13-26.2 of this chapter, recklessly or carelessly handle a weapon, or carry a weapon within the city limits. (Ord. 15-833, 1-12-2015)
