13-26.1: USE OF EXPLOSIVES WITHIN CITY UNLAWFUL:

It is unlawful for any person within the limits of the city to blast or use powder, fireworks, nitroglycerin or other explosives without a permit from the chief of police in writing; provided that such permit shall specify the place and manner of such use. (Ord. 15-833, 1-12-2015)
