4-19: PENALTIES; JURISDICTION:

   A.   First Time Offender: A person who is a first time offender of subsection 4-4A of this chapter may be ordered to attend a first time offender diversion program in lieu of a fine. The exceptions to this would be a dog that was involved in a bite and a dog that is considered dangerous or vicious or has caused loss of property.

   B.   Violations Of Chapter: A person who violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor, and subject to imprisonment 1 ; fine 2 ; probation 3 ; and restitution 4 .

   C.   City Court Jurisdiction: The city court shall have jurisdiction over all violations of this chapter. (Ord. 05-590, 5-23-2005)
