§ 98.01 PLACEMENT OF VISUALLY MONITORED ALARMS.
   Beginning August 5, 1997, the Town Police Department will no longer allow visually monitored burglar, hold-up or fire alarms to be placed within the communications room of the Town Police Department.

§ 98.02 NOTIFICATION OF POLICE BY PRIVATE COMPANY.
   Persons, firms and corporations located within the town limits who employ a private security alarm company must instruct the security company to contact the Town Police Department by telephone, in the event of an alarm being activated.

§ 98.03 AUTOMATIC DIALING SYSTEM.
   (A)   If a person, firm or corporation located within the town limits installs an automatic dialing alarm system on his, her or their property, which is designed to contact the Town Police or Fire Department by telephone in the event the alarm is activated, he, she or they must notify the Chief of Police prior to the activation of the alarm system.
   (B)   All automatic burglar, hold-up and fire dialing alarm systems must be installed in such a manner that the recorded alarm signals will dial 911. The Town Police Department telecommunicator will use reasonable diligence to dispatch all burglar, hold-up or fire alarms immediately after they are received.
