Any person, firm or corporation who fails to pay to the town the service charge for false alarm services within 30 days from written notice by the town may have the service charge assessed against his, her or its real property. No business license will be issued or renewed while the service charge is considered delinquent. As an alternative to collecting the charges as an assessment, the town may elect to collect the charges by civil action.
