§ 98.05 ACCIDENTAL OR FALSE BURGLAR ALARM; CHARGE.
   If a burglar or hold-up alarm is set off accidentally or is false, a $25 charge will be assessed against the person, firm or corporation that owns or is responsible for the operation of the alarm and that amount shall be paid to the town.
