§ 98.06 ACCIDENTAL OR FALSE FIRE ALARM; COST.
   If a false or accidental fire alarm is dispatched and the firefighting personnel are dispatched, it will be the responsibility of the person, firm or corporation that owns or is responsible for the operation of the alarm to pay to the town the expense incurred by the town. The major expense in this case will be to pay the volunteer firefighters at the town’s current rate of pay and Fire Department vehicle operation.
