(A) The town or the Town Police Department assumes no liability in connection with a default of any fire, hold-up or burglar alarm system installed by any person, firm or corporation or any action or failure of action on the part of town or any of town employees.
(B) The accurate operation of an alarm is totally the responsibility of the person, firm or corporation which owns the alarm system.
