§ 7-310.   Pre-Event Inspection.
   The site for the display shall be inspected by the Code Official prior to the issuance of a special fireworks permit and again on the day of the scheduled event. If for any reason on the day of the event the site is not approved, the display may be canceled or postponed due to dangerous conditions.
