§ 7-306.   Liability Insurance.
   All applications shall include proof of insurance. Every applicant shall possess liability insurance in the amount of not less than $2,000,000. Such insurance policy shall name Dover Township and its agents as additional insured. An original copy of the certificate of insurance shall be received prior to the issuance of a special fireworks permit.
