§ 70.23 DEFINITIONS.
   Unless the language indicates that a different meaning is intended, all the words and phrases in this chapter shall be given the meaning as defined for them in the Highway Traffic Regulations Act, being M.S. Chapter 169, as it may be amended from time to time, of the state.
