§ 70.15 VIEW OBSTRUCTED.
   No person shall drive a vehicle upon any highway when his or her view is obstructed to the front or sides or when his or her control over the mechanism of the vehicle is interfered with by any person or goods within the vehicle, and no passenger shall so obstruct or interfere.
