§ 70.06 PASSING.

Drivers of vehicles proceeding in opposite directions shall pass each other to the right and upon roadways having the width available for vehicular travel temporarily limited by reason of obstruction thereon or otherwise, each driver shall give the other one-half of the portion of the roadway left available for vehicular travel.
