§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Violations of § 70.22 shall be treated as a petty misdemeanor with the maximum amount of the fine being as set out in § 10.99.
