§ 75.01 ALLEY PARKING.
   No person shall park any vehicle in any alley, except for a period not exceeding 30 minutes while loading or unloading the vehicle.

§ 75.02 PARKING POSITION.
   Except where angle parking is permitted, a vehicle stopped or parked upon a roadway shall be stopped or parked with the curb-side wheels of the vehicle parallel with and within 12 inches of the curb or edge of the roadway. On a two-way traffic street, a vehicle shall only be parked on the right side of the roadway.

§ 75.03 SNOW EMERGENCIES.
   (A)   This section shall hereafter be referred to as the “Snow Control Route Regulation”.
   (B)   It is declared to be in the best interest of the public policy and the public safety of the city to regulate and restrict the parking of vehicles on public streets during snow emergencies.
   (C)   A snow emergency is hereby declared to be a period of time prior to a forecast by the United States Weather Bureau during and after a snow fall, during which vehicular traffic is expected to be hazardous or congested due to the elements, and during which period of time the parking of such vehicles could hinder, delay and obstruct the safe flow of traffic and the proper cleaning, clearing and making safe of certain heavily traveled public streets of the city.
   (D)   A snow emergency shall commence by executive order, determination and proclamation by the County Emergency Management Director, either before, during or after a snow fall when, in his or her sound judgment and discretion, the circumstances warrant the determination of such an emergency for the public safety of the city. Such snow emergency shall continue in effect until the Mayor of the city determines that an emergency no longer exists and accordingly terminates such emergency.
   (E)   No owner, driver or operator of any vehicle shall park or stop the same or permit the same to be parked or to stand any time during the period of any snow emergency on an of the streets so identified in Ch. 78, Schd. IV, of this code of ordinances as snow routes. Should a vehicle be parked or left to stand on a designated snow route during a snow emergency, the city shall have the right to cause such vehicle to be towed to the nearest reasonable and available parking space to clear the snow route of such vehicle to allow snow removal. Towing shall be at the owner’s, driver’s or operator’s risk and cost, if any.

§ 75.04 PARKING NEAR CHURCHES AND THE LIKE.
   No vehicle shall be parked in front of or within 15 feet on either side of a line projected at right angles to the curb line from the center point of the main entrance of any church, factory, club, lodge, public building or fire engine house. No vehicle shall be parked in front of any private or public drive or alley so as to block such driveway.
