No vehicle shall be parked in front of or within 15 feet on either side of a line projected at right angles to the curb line from the center point of the main entrance of any church, factory, club, lodge, public building or fire engine house. No vehicle shall be parked in front of any private or public drive or alley so as to block such driveway.
