§ 75.10  DROP OFF CONTAINERS.
   No drop off waste containers or boxes shall be parked on a city street unless approved by the City Street Department Superintendent. The Superintendent may permit the location of such container or box for up to 14 days. No such container or box shall be permitted on a city street unless such container or box has reflective warnings or stripes attached thereto sufficient to warn operators of vehicles of the container’s or box’s location on the city street. Any property owner or contractor who obtains permission to locate a drop off waste container or box on a city street shall be responsible for the proper marking or barricading of such container or box and shall be solely liable for any damages or personal injury arising from or related to the placement of such container or box on a city street.
