§ 75.06 PARKING NEAR CURB; AUTHORITY OF BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY.
   (A)   No vehicle, unless in an emergency or upon order of a police officer, shall be allowed or permitted to stop in any street within the corporate limits of the city, unless the same is parked parallel with and within one foot of the right hand curb, except on Court Street, where vehicles shall be allowed and permitted to stop between the painted lines on the street.
   (B)   Where, in the judgment of the Board of Public Works and Safety, parking should be prohibited along any curb not herein expressly restricted from parking by the terms of this chapter, the Board may, by police order, restrict such curb space from the parking area, and they shall designate such restricted area by appropriate signs or markings; thereafter, it shall be unlawful for any such parking of any automobile or other vehicle in the space so designated.
