(A) The Board of Public Works and Safety is authorized to employ personnel to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
(B) It shall be the duty of the enforcement personnel or police officers of the city to report:
(1) The number or location of each parking violation;
(2) The state license number of such vehicle;
(3) The time during which such vehicle is parked in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter; and
(4) Any other facts, any knowledge of which is necessary to a thorough understanding of the circumstances attending such violation.
(C) All such enforcement personnel or police officers shall also attach to such vehicle a notice to the owner or operator thereof that such vehicle has been parked in violation of a provision of this chapter.
