§ 2-276. Who must file.
   The following classes of officers and employees of the city and city agencies shall file an annual statement of financial interests with the Board of Ethics:
   (A)   Officers as defined by Section 4, I, (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), and (7).

   (B)   Candidates for elected office shall file an initial statement as specified in § 2-277(2).
