§ 2-217. Arrest fees.
   All arrest fees or other fees provided for by KRS 64.060, 64.090, and any other applicable provisions of the Kentucky Revised Statutes, as now existing and as from time to time amended or created, attributable to arrests or other services rendered by police officers of the city shall be collected and paid to the city Treasurer.
