§ 1-5. Effect of repeal of prior repealer or amendment.
   No action of the board of commissioners repeal of prior repealer or an amendment shall have the effect of reviving the original language of the repealer or amendment as the case may be.
   State law reference--Similar provisions, KRS 446.100.
