Sec. 2-128. Officers.
   The officers of the MLK Committee shall consist of a chairperson, vice-chairperson and secretary, all of whom shall be elected by the membership of the MLK committee. The duties of the officers shall be as implied by their respective titles and as may be specified in the bylaws. The MLK committee shall determine its own rules and order of business and shall provide for keeping a record of its proceedings.
