Sec. 2-195. Meetings; quorum; voting.
   Pursuant to KRS 154.50-333, meetings of the authority may be called by the chair or by a majority of the voting members. Quorum for transacting business of the authority shall consist of a majority of the members. When voting, a majority of the quorum present shall pass an issue. In case of tie voting by the authority, the issue shall be deemed to have failed passage.
