§ 17-204. Exemptions from certain regulations.
   A golf cart permitted by this Article is not considered to be a motor vehicle and is exempt from title requirements of KRS 186.020, vehicle registration requirements of KRS 186.050 and emissions compliance certificates pursuant to KRS 224.20-720.
