§ 17.5-1. Definitions.
   The following words and phrases when used in this chapter shall, for the purpose of this chapter, have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this section:
   (1)   Large tree shall mean any tree species which normally attains a full-grown height in excess of fifty (50) feet.
   (2)   Medium tree shall mean any tree species which normally attains a full-grown height between twenty-six (26) and fifty (50) feet.
   (3)   Small tree shall mean any tree species which normally attains a full-grown height of under twenty-six (26) feet.
   (4)   Person shall mean any person, corporation, partnership, company, contracting firm or other entity, including those employed under a contract with the urban county government.
   (5)   Park tree shall mean any tree species in public parks having individual names and all areas owned by the city to which the public has free access as a park.
   (6)   Street tree shall mean any tree species lying between the property lines on either side of all streets, avenues and ways within the city.
