§ 16-72. Issuance of bonds; use of funds; fiscal year.
   The county fiscal court forbids the Danville-Boyle County Tourist Commission to issue revenue bonds or to borrow money beyond the fiscal year, without the express order of the county fiscal court. Funds will not be used for direct recreational costs or purposes. The fiscal year will begin July first each year and terminate on June thirtieth following.
