§ 14-113. Notice to City and Other Officials.
   Immediately upon the issuance of a parade or public assembly permit, the Chief of Police shall send a copy thereof to the following:
   (a)   The City Manager.
   (b)   The City Attorney.
   (c)   The Fire Chief.
   (d)   The City Engineer.
