§ 14-75. Driveways.
   Any person desiring to construct or have constructed a driveway entrance or exit connecting with a public street shall first file a written request therefor with the city engineer. The city engineer shall draw proper specifications and driveway will be built by the owner at the owner's expense, according to specifications.
