§ 14-7. Temporary reflective street signs.
   It shall be unlawful for the owner, occupant or persons having control of any land within the city to construct or build a street without first erecting a temporary reflective sign designating the name of the street. The city engineer or his designee shall determine the placement of the temporary street sign, which shall remain in place until the street meets the requirements for acceptance by the city. Permanent placement of the street sign may be adjusted by the city to meet safety standards.
