§ 10-19. Officers, rules and regulations.
   The officers of the committee shall consist of a chairperson, vice-chairperson and secretary as chosen by the committee. Their duties shall be implied by their respective titles and as may be specified in the bylaws. The committee shall determine its own rules and order of business, but shall meet at least quarterly, and shall provide for keeping a record of its proceedings, as its proceedings are subject the Kentucky Open Meetings Act, KRS 61.800 to 61.850, and its records subject to the Kentucky Open Records Act, KRS 61.870 to 61.884. Minutes of every meeting shall be submitted to the city clerk for preservation purposes.
