The noise control officer and the city shall have primary enforcement responsibility for this article. The NCO shall coordinate with the city police department and the county attorney's office concerning the issuance of complaints and the prosecution of persons and entities isolating this article. The NCO shall also coordinate with federal and state authorities and as necessary enforce federal statutes and regulations to the extent authorized by the Federal Quiet Communities Act, and other applicable law.
